September 29, 2008Microban Antimicrobial
September 26, 2008I stopped in the pet store today to pick up a toy and noticed that they had products made with Microban Antimicrobial. I thought to myself, “At C-Line, we use Microban to make our antimicrobial protected sheet protectors, project folders and laminating film.” Small world, isn’t it.
Dog does not live by office products alone – weekend agility
September 22, 2008Dog does not live by office products alone. During the weekends I hang up my hanging shop ticket holders and go to apex-agility to practice running and jumping.
This weekend was perfect. The weather was great. I had a few good runs. And then we went off to the beach to relax and swim.
Handwriting Practice
September 11, 2008OK, I know what you are thinking. Dogs don’t have opposable thumbs and so they can’t hold a pen. But, kids do and they need to practice their math and their handwriting skills. In order to save trees, a cause close to my heart, I recommend practicing using a C-Line Reusable Dry Erase Pocket. These pockets let you slip a sheet of paper inside and then use a dry erase marker to practice. Then simply wipe it clean and start again.
C-Line provides free, downloadable templates for use with the Dry Erase Pockets. Available worksheet templates include Math Practice Sets, “To Do” Lists, Alphabet, Handwriting Lines and even a Music Staff to practice writing music. They are great for the classroom, too. Teachers love them because they save resources and time – a single template can be used over and over again.
Making Name Badges with mail merge
September 11, 2008Yesterday people in my office were taking a class on making C-Line Name Badges using Microsoft Word. I know a great video tutorial from Microsoft that shows step-by-step directions for making badges. It is a set of four videos worth viewing. When done, you will be able to make name badges for your meetings and include a company logo.
C-Line Name Tents
September 5, 2008While name tents are great for meetings, in my office I like to use my C-Line Name Tent so that visitors can see at a glance my name and title. It sets up a professional atmosphere from the start.
